View our menu Drinks menuIn 1946, a small straw hut was created above the Calanque. After several decades of improvements, the restaurant La Calanque Bleue was born to offer a regional cuisine, with the Bouillabaisse being the speciality.
Tradition and Provencal know-how! In 2019 and 2022, our team took off for New York, passionately sharing the secrets of our bouillabaisse. In 2023, our expertise will delight the palates of Tokyo.
Next stop: early December 2024 in Mexico City, then late January 2025 in Geneva.
Our aim: to spread the word about Provence and bouillabaisse to the four corners of the world.
